I’m returning this item. If the mp3 player gets bumped slightly, it shuts off… this is fairly bad news if you plan to jog with it.

Customer Review: Economical No nonsense MP3s
I bought this for the purpose of having a cheap alternative to the Nano/Shuffle. It does that. It is a no-frills, no nonesense MP3, no LCD and the battery life is satisfactory. Only complaint would be the clip is not too functional if you intetnd on moving a lot - it will slip and fall off. But the function vs. price rating is very high.

Customer Review: May not be what you expect
The USB port connects to flash drives - NOT to a computer - so if you think this digital picture frame has an internal flash memory that you load from a computer, you’re in for a rude surprise. I haven’t tried using this picture frame with the Digital Camera memory cards it supports - I’m strictly using it with the USB interface. If you don’t have a flash drive lying around, you’ll have to purchase one (another $10 to $20 expense) Also it does not work with every flash drive - I eventually figured out I had to reformat my old but usable flash drive “FAT32″ versus “FAT” for it to be usable with this device and to not get the error message from the picture frame GUI “not supported file”. Also, to connect the picture frame to a TV, you’ll have to buy a special 3.5mm to RCA composite video cable - or you may have one that came with a CamCorder or Digital camera
I do love the tiny but useful remote control, the 3x zoom, and the rotate 90% feature for shifting between portrait & landscape mode

Wow, a lot of people have had a bad time with this MP3 player and I seem to be the only one who actually had no problems with it.
It looks gorgeous, the red and black make it look really cool and it is very sleek.
It holds a lot of songs, more than I will ever need. The touch screen is cool, though a lot of people say it is too sensitive? Not for me at least. I just put it on shuffle and keep the volume constant, then put the hold feature on and everything stays in place just how I like it.
I haven’t used it for videos so I don’t really know how well that works, but I have heard the format it uses is a bit hard to find.
It isn’t fragile for me either, I have dropped it in the snow, on the concrete, in the dirt, and countless times on my hardwood floors. My brother even threw it out the window when he was upset with me and it was still perfectly fine! Not even a scratch.
Basically an all around good product, and I mean hey you get what you paid for. Well for me I got a lot more than what I paid for, considering I got mine for free. Couldn’t have asked for a better MP3 player.

Customer Review: Easy to use and great value for the $$
This was a gift to my almost 10 year old and she loves it! It is very easy to download songs onto, has pretty good sound quality and is durable. It does go through batteries fairly quickly, although I would say she gets about 10-12 hours of use out of 1 battery, and she mostly plays it with speakers (purchased seperately).

Customer Review: Not for little ones…
I bought this for my daughters fifth birthday. I wish I could tell you how great the games are, but my child dropped it and the door broke off before we could figure it out. I did not (regrettably!) purchase the warranty, and it only survived about six weeks. It looks cute and sturdy, and seemed like a good idea. Now I’m back to buying the Leapster games. I wish I’d saved my money.

I bought this because I wanted a mp3 cd player for audiobooks. Amazon shipped it quickly, but the product does not work. It does not play CDs or MP3 cd’s although the radio did work. Now I am stuck with 8 C batteries with no use for them and have to mail the thing back. Good thing Amazon had a great returns policy! Buyer beware!!

Customer Review: Pretty good sound and very portable
Sound quality is pretty good given the size of the unit. There is no woofer of course, so bass response is relatively weak. The system will fold flat and fit in your pocket, allowing you have a mini stereo system any time any where. I wanted to play mp3’s in my aircraft hangar. Given the hollow shell building, the sound carries to all 3,000 sq. ft. Sound quality is acceptable but not quite as good as a larger “boom box” stereo.

Customer Review: Good value but strange delays
I’ve only had this thing a few weeks, and overall I think it’s worth the $$, but I’ve noticed a strange issue. I put in a 2 gig card filled with music. When I first turn the thing on it takes an inordinate amount of time to ‘boot up’, as if it wasn’t built to handle 2 gigs of music. The problem seems to be worse when the battery is getting old.
